This workshop is a writers’ residence in which the pairs will focus more on the actual telling of their story. Who, How, What is it about? Where does it start? Where does it finish?

Workshop 3 moves from theme and character to narrative, understanding how these stories will actually be told: their form, length and main plotted direction.

Workshop 3 brought all the creative threads together in an engaging, collaborative finale. The week began with a follow-up writers’ room session, so each writer could update each other on how their ideas had evolved since Workshop 2.

Over the following days, writer–producer pairs met for focused project sessions — either self-initiated or arranged by others seeking fresh perspectives. By the end of the week, each pair shared a summary of their progress and creative journey with the full group.

The result: ten original TV projects emerging from the programme, now moving forward into further development and preparing for the market in the coming months.
